Retro Accrington Stanley Shirts

The name Accrington Stanley carries more history than most. At TOFFS we recreate retro Accrington Stanley shirts from the years of the original club, whose red shirts were a fixture of the Third Division North. The original Stanley

The first Accrington Stanley was formed in 1891 and joined the Football League’s new Third Division North in 1921. The club spent 41 years in the League, but mounting debts forced it to resign in March 1962. A new beginning

The original club folded in 1966, but two years later a new Accrington Stanley was formed in the town. It climbed through non-league football and returned to the Football League in 2006, 44 years after the original club had left. Stanley have traditionally played in red shirts throughout.

“Accrington Stanley, who are they?”
