This website is operated by UKSoccershop Limited, trading as TOFFS, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC403403, VAT number GB853034935), whose registered address is 42 Mote Hill, Hamilton, ML3 6EF, United Kingdom. You can contact us at enquiries@toffs.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the website when you order applies to that order.

3. Your order

When you place an order we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to say your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we can't produce the personalisation requested. If we do, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you order, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Personalisation

You're responsible for checking that names, numbers and any other text you enter are correct before ordering, as we print exactly what you submit. We may refuse personalisation that's offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. Personalised items are made to order and are not covered by the 14-day change-of-mind right (see our Refund policy).

6. Products

Our shirts are retro-inspired designs made by us. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the finished product, and handmade finishing means small variations between items can occur.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times are set out in our Shipping policy and at checkout. Items become your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Cancellations and returns

Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Refund policy. If an item is faulty or not as described, you also have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable or for business losses. We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Events outside our control

We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one affects your order we'll let you know, and you may cancel for a refund of anything you've paid for items not received.

11. Your information

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Scots law. You can bring proceedings in the Scottish courts, or, if you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
