Refund policy

TOFFS is a trading name of UKSoccershop Limited. We want you to love your shirt. If you don't, this policy explains how to return it. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by emailing enquiries@toffs.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
• You pay the cost of sending the item back. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
• If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We don't refund the extra cost of express delivery.

Personalised items

Shirts with a name, number or other personalisation are made to your specification, so they can't be returned or cancelled for a change of mind once we've started making them. Please check spelling carefully before you order. This doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty or we've made a mistake with your personalisation.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, or we've printed your personalisation incorrectly, email us with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs, and cover the cost of the return.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Return the original as above and place a new order, so you get your new size as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return (or of receiving evidence that you've sent it). We may reduce a refund if an item has been worn or handled more than needed to check it.
