Schoolboys to cup winners

The club was founded in 1882 as Hotspur FC by a group of local schoolboys. In 1901 Spurs won the FA Cup as a Southern League side, the only club from outside the Football League to do so since the League began. Our Tottenham Hotspur 1921-36 Away Retro Football Shirt comes from the years between the wars.

The Glory Glory years

Under Bill Nicholson, Spurs won the League and FA Cup Double in 1960–61, the first club of the 20th century to do so. Our Tottenham Hotspur 1961 Wembley Retro Football Shirt celebrates that side. In 1963 they beat Atlético Madrid 5–1 to win the Cup Winners’ Cup. In 1967 they lifted the FA Cup again, marked by our Tottenham Hotspur 1967 Fa Cup Winners Retro Shirt.

Cup nights of the 1980s

Ricky Villa’s famous solo goal won the 1981 FA Cup Final replay, recalled in our Tottenham Hotspur 1981 FA Cup Final Retro Shirt. Three years later Spurs won the UEFA Cup on penalties at White Hart Lane, remembered in the Tottenham Hotspur 1984 UEFA Cup Final Retro Football Shirt.
