The blue-and-garnet stripes of Barcelona are known the world over. Our retro Barcelona shirts recreate classic Barcelona kits from the 1950s to the early 1980s, with no modern sponsor or manufacturer logos. Each is handcrafted in the UK from 100% cotton.

Gamper’s club

Barcelona were founded in November 1899 by Swiss-born Joan Gamper and a group of fellow football enthusiasts. The blue and garnet colours, blau i grana in Catalan, give the club its nickname Blaugrana. Our Barcelona 1950s Retro Football Shirt and 1960s Retro Football Shirt show the stripes in their classic long-sleeved form.

The Cruyff years

Johan Cruyff joined in 1973 and Barcelona won the league that season, their first title in fourteen years. Our Barcelona 1970s Home Retro Football Shirt and the Barcelona 1974-75 Away Retro Football Shirt belong to that era. The Cup Winners’ Cup followed in 1979, and a first European Cup at Wembley in 1992.
