Black and white stripes have been the colours of Bath City for well over a century. Bath City were founded in 1889. The first recorded kit, from 1900, was white shirts with blue shorts, but early in the 20th century the club changed to black and white stripes, and those colours have stayed ever since. In 1932 the Romans moved to Twerton Park, still the club’s home today.

Cup giant-killers and champions

Bath have a proud FA Cup record, with wins over Football League sides including Crystal Palace in 1931, Millwall in 1959 and Cardiff City in 1992. The club were Southern League champions in 1960 and again in 1978. Our Bath City 1960s Retro Football Shirt takes its cue from that decade, with no modern sponsor or manufacturer logos.
