Canada’s red shirts carry the colour of the maple leaf flag. Our retro Canada shirts recreate classic Canada kits from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, with simple collars and no modern sponsor or manufacturer logos. Every one is handcrafted in the UK from 100% cotton.

Olympic champions and early days

Canadian football has a surprisingly early claim to fame. At the 1904 Olympics in St Louis, Galt FC from Ontario won the football tournament representing Canada. The national team played its first official international against Australia in Brisbane in 1924. Our Canada 1960s Retro Football Shirt and Canada 1970s Retro Football Shirt come from the decades that followed.

Mexico, 1986

Canada won the CONCACAF Championship in 1985 to reach their first World Cup, in Mexico in 1986. Our Canada 1980s Retro Football Shirt and Canada 1983 - 84 Retro Football Shirt come from that era. A second continental title followed at the 2000 Gold Cup.
