The 1902 tour

In 1902–03 the first Canadian team toured the United Kingdom, winning seven of their 21 matches. Our Canada 1902 Vintage Rugby Shirt takes its name from that pioneering trip. Canada’s first Test came three decades later, a 9–8 defeat to Japan in Osaka in January 1932.

World Cup, 1991

Canada’s finest Rugby World Cup came in 1991, when they reached the quarter-finals before losing 29–13 to New Zealand. It is the team’s best finish at the tournament.
