Coleraine were founded in June 1927, and their Bannsiders nickname comes from the River Bann, which flows through the town. Our retro Coleraine shirts recreate classic Coleraine kits, handcrafted in the UK from 100% cotton with no modern sponsor or manufacturer logos.

From Lilywhites to blue and white

In their early years Coleraine wore an all-white kit and were known as the Lilywhites. Today the club’s colours are blue and white, worn at their home ground, the Showgrounds.

Cups, a title and Europe

Coleraine’s first Irish Cup came in 1965, followed by further wins in 1972, 1975 and 1977, and more in the years since. In 1973–74 they won the Irish League. In Europe they became the first club from the United Kingdom to play behind the Iron Curtain, against Dynamo Kiev in 1965–66, and they knocked Kilmarnock out of the 1970–71 Fairs Cup.
