Apia, 1924

Fiji played their first Test against Western Samoa in Apia on 18 August 1924. Before each Test the team performs the cibi, a war dance that has been used on the rugby field since 1939.

Gosforth, 1970

In 1970 a rampant Fijian side beat the Barbarians 29–9 at Gosforth. Our Fiji 1970 Vintage White Rugby Shirt takes its name from that year: a long sleeve jersey with a concealed three-button placket, made in Great Britain from heavyweight combed cotton. Fiji have since reached the World Cup quarter-finals in 1987, 2007 and 2023.
