Great Britain is not a regular national side. It is a historic team that played mainly at the Olympic Games, plus a handful of special matches. Olympic champions

Amateur players represented Great Britain at the Olympics. They won gold in London in 1908 and again in Stockholm in 1912. Our Great Britain Olympics 1908 Retro Football Shirt takes you back to those Games. The side stopped entering after 1974, when the FA ended the distinction between amateurs and professionals, before returning as hosts in 2012.

Great Britain against Europe

Professional Great Britain XIs were also picked for occasional showpiece games. In 1947 one beat the Rest of Europe 6–1 at Hampden Park.
