The Golden Team

Hungary played their first international against Austria in 1902 and reached the World Cup final in 1938. In the early 1950s Ferenc Puskás and his team-mates became the Aranycsapat, the Golden Team, winning Olympic gold in Helsinki in 1952. Our Hungary 1950s Retro Football Shirt comes from that era.

Wembley, 1953
