The Azzurri of Naples

The club was founded in 1926 and plays in the light blue that gives it the nickname Gli Azzurri. Fans also call the team the Partenopei, after Parthenope, the ancient Greek name for the city of Naples.

The Maradona years

Diego Maradona arrived in 1984, and within three seasons Napoli had won their first Serie A title, in 1987, along with the Coppa Italia. The UEFA Cup followed in 1989 and a second Scudetto in 1990. Our Napoli 1987-88 Retro Football Shirt comes from that golden spell.

Unpersonalised shirts can be returned within 14 days. Personalised shirts are made to order, so they can’t be returned unless faulty.
