La Vinotinto

Venezuela played their first international in February 1938, losing 2–1 to Panama in Panama City at the Central American and Caribbean Games. The team is known as La Vinotinto, the red wine, after the colour of the home shirt. That colour is said to come from the uniform of Venezuela’s National Guard.

Copa América 2011

Venezuela’s best Copa América came in 2011, when they reached the semi-finals and finished fourth. Our Venezuela 1970s Retro Football Shirt is a simple, long-sleeved design with a round neck, made from heavyweight cotton.
