Manchester Reds 1909 FA Cup Final Retro Football Shirt. The 1909 FA Cup Final was a football match played on 24 April 1909 in front of 71,401 spectators. The match was contested by Manchester United and Bristol City at Crystal Palace. Manchester United won by a single goal, scored by Sandy Turnbull. This was the first of United's record eleven FA Cup titles to date. As featured in The Sun on 29.07.09, Billy Meredith wore this shirt, earning just £4 a week back in 1909, 100 years on and Ryan Giggs of Manchester United pulls in £85,000 a week
