Scotland 1872 Retro Football Shirt In 1867, the first association football club in Scotland was formed under the name Queen's Park FC. They were responsible for popularising Football in Scotland, and organising what is now recognised as the first international football match against England. The Scottish Football Association was then formed the following year.
